Does anyone know of any long term Balance Transfer 0% - No Annual Fee with No Fee Balance Transfer 

The only one I came accross is BOA

The offer might be dead, or targeted. Comenity is offering that deal on the Farmers Insurance VISA but I no longer see it on the IKEA Visa.

I have the Premier America Credit Union - Premier Privilege credit card at Fixed rate of 8.45%, no prime. Just flat 8.45, no BT fee, but they do have cash advance fee, which I recommend never to use.

Note that no matter what SL you get from Amex, they have a BT limit of $5k per card.
