Balance Transfer Card

Howdy

My score has recently jump up some, so I'm on the hunt.

What is the easiest balance transfer credit card that I can get. I would like to have 0% APR for 12 months.

Citi Simplicity has the longest 0% on the market at 21 months but w/3% transfer fee. Chase Slate is 15 months 0% with no transfer fee. 

These are the 2 best BT cards on the market IMO.

I don't know about or pay attention to 0% interest offers, because I think of the balance transfer fee as the greater burden.

To me the best balance transfer card is the Barclays Ring card, which has a permanent 0% balance transfer fee, and an APR of 8.25%.
