I was able to direct transfer into my account and then balance transfer onto my card.

The downside is you're paying the balance transfer fee twice.

Capital One 2% for 18 months on Personal Card are back for me.

Sadly, they cut my business credit card limit by half. That impacts the Personal because it shows on personal credit as well. Only card issuer to decrease the my line in 2020.
