Balance hasn't updated since Nov. 07

I have a cc with wfnnb.  On all 3 CR the balance hasn't been updated since Nov. 07.  The balance on the card is being reported as $444 when it has been under $50 for the last 3 months.  How do you get this corrected?  Do I call the cc and ask them to update?

You too????? I have a V.S. cc, paid it in full Dec.22, and it's STILL reporting the high balance shown as of Dec. 16.

Probably a phone call would work. I have an auto loan that didn't update for about 4-5 months. Then one day, poof!, there it was, an updated balance. If your balance was under 10%, then I'd probably do nothing, unless you think that little bit of history might push your avg. age to the next year up.
