Thank you. 😊

I just looked at my online account. The statement cut, I paid it and there is no interest listed or charged. I checked my 2 others and there were interest charges. It even stated interest 1.78.

Phew! Thats great. Well it probably says VentureOne then instead of just Venture

Re: Balance transfer

Omg, I need to go to bed. No brain right now. My payment isn't due until next month. I made a payment 2 weeks after I got the card. Oh boy. 😳

Re: Balance transfer

When you pay in full after statement cut before due date, there will be no interest charged. Did you pay partial and see no interest charge? Perhaps the interest is just delayed.

ok then see maybe they do sometimes give selected offers of 0 percent on the Venture.... would make sense to me because back in June I swear I saw that on a preapproval screen....

EDIT:

Nevermind. Get some rest, come back tomorrow for ideas on how to address this!

Re: Balance transfer

Well good news is I have an Amex Ed card with 0 interest until October 2016. This I know! Maybe balance transfer that?

Well not to be snoopy but it would be helpful to have a better look at your scores, balances, limits, and so forth. If its a larger balance then you may have no choice but I would hate to see any one of your cards go over 20-40% of their total limit.  You may want to request a 3x CLI on the amex ed depending on things (you can request one right away, if approved must wait 6 months, if denied try again in 90 days)

Re: Balance transfer

Certainly that Credit One card has higher APR than your Venture. Pay that one off first and close it.
