BankAmericard Partial Secured -- Add 321 Cash Rewards?

So I just received my new BankAmericard partially secured card ($99/500).

I've read here and even been told on one of my posts that I could call and add the 321 Cash Rewards feature to my card once I'd received it.

I called the number on the back of the card, and the representative told me I am not eligible for a product change.

Did she not know what she was talking about, or do I need to call another number?

I cant remember if this can be done on secured or partially secured. I used to work for the BOA Credit Card Divison and they have always been super picky when it comes to secured cards. You can try calling again and speaking with them again and seeing if they will.

I am not sure how you get the 321 added as when I got mine I just did the pre-appoval page and that 321 partially secured is what came up.  Does your partially secuerd come with an annual fee? When I had 321 99/500 it came with 39 dollar annual fee. So if your card doesn't have that it might be better just to keep what you have.
