I recently got approved for a Barclay Rewards MC and haven't made a payment yet (no payments due) . I did set up an account on their website so I can pay from my checking account. My payment due date for this Barclay card is on the 5th of every month. My questions are:
Question #1
If i pay right on the 5th with my checking account on Barclays' website, is it late because it typically could take 3 to 7 buisiness days for the electronic check to process?
Question #2
Does Barclay give same day credit toward the balance if payment is made? Or until payment goes through?

(it's been a long time sinceI had credit cards).. I pay my Wells Fargo card that I got back in Oct 2013 with cash a Wells Fargo Branch to play safe.

You'll be fine. I've paid from my laptop and my phone... never had an issue.
