I've had Barclays Apple card for several years. Gotten a couple of CLI's and overall the card has been good to me. However, the rate is still high and there's no rewards whatsoever. I tried calling the customer service line and was basically told that PC can't be done without applying. He did say I was eligible for a lower rate and transferred me to an "APR Specialist" who promptly said that the CSR was mistaking and that I currenlty have the lowest possible rate.
Should I just drop the mattar and phase the card out, or is it worth it to try and call a credit analyst directly and ask them?
