Barclay initial CL recon?

applied for the usair card before it disappears, instant approval but only 5k. Tu score they reported was 733. Will they reconsider a higher limit and if so what # to use? I was looking at some tickets for vacation but they booked out at 7k apiece and it would be a waste to not use this card on the airline site.

Give them a call at either of these numbers:

I had an awful experience eith Barclays.

I had 2k limit and after year or so of usage I got a hard oull and only 1k increase.

Initial limit was 10k called the 24hr number and they bumped it to 20 no questions. Thanks

Just did it yesterday using the above number.  Had the SM card for two weeks and they SP increased me by 3k.  Plan on answering a lot of questions about why you need it, Income, spending habits, etc.  They are really accommodating if your file supports it.

I just noticed in my original post I said 5k was the starting limit, that was what was shown as available for immediate use but it was actually 10k total starting.
