I am sorry for my spelling and some times hitting a twice. Again what I was saying is that at Barclay's I was able to speak some one and get my issue taking care of, In know way would I open any more cards with Barclay's. I open 2 cards with Barclay's and they screwedup Uber visa card and the Ring Mastercard, but again I like to speak to live person even if I can't change or get what I want.

I don't like banks where you can't speak to any one about your limits, another bank that comes to mind is Citi it is all Ai driven.
Citi is ridiculously AI Oriented- which I absolutely wouldn't mind if it was done PROPERLY. It's done quite 💩 Use AI if you can make it run well.
I can see where you're coming from with Capital One, but I can't go too hard on them right now while their algorithms view me favorable. Since starting my rebuild they've been the most generous lender I have cards with (4 cards with them including my 2 highest limit cards and over 80% of my TCL), and their website is very good.
