Product change from US Bank Altitude Go to Connect was it easy to change or not

Hi Everoyne,

 

I am thinking of doing a PC from US Bank Altitude Go to Altitude Connect becuase the rep said I can do a Product Change.  I want to know if anyone did a product and how did that go and was it a hassle or a easy.   The Altitude Connect has no FTF but the go has FTF so that is why I want to change the card.  Then probbably later I will get another credit card.  Thanks for all your help.

I just did a product change and YES it was easy.  No credit score pulled, Point will be transfered to new card.  No annual fee  Will arrived in 3-7 days.

I PC'd from the Shopper Rewards to the Cash+ last year.  It was very easy with US Bank.  No hassle at all.

I PC'd from the Connect to the Go ver 6 months ago before announced updates and JUST changed back to the Connect today. No hassles, easy peasy.

I see that is great.  So you can change back and foruth from Connect to GO and vice versa.  My question is when you redeem the cash back say to statement credit for Connect and tell US bank to send you a check do you get all the cash back or not?  Of you are left with some money on the statement?  For the Altitude Go you are left with somen on the statement if you ask for a check.
