Barclaycard EO Office No Response

I have to give big credit to Cap One EO and BOA EO, both offices responded very quick and were able to approve what I wanted. 

I emailed the Barclaycard EO on Sunday, got a reply message stating I would receive an acknowledgement of my request by the next business day and someone would help me with my concern.

Well, now it is Thursday and still nothing. I am tempted to e-mail them again (for some reason I do not want to call) but I feel like forget it. 

Something about barclaycards I do not like, of all the credit cards I have, they rank the lowest. Although I like their free fico and no annual fee, I just restricted with their card and everyday they send me a promtional pre-selected letter for credit cards. I am not kidding, everyday I get one. But they will not work with me on my exisiting card. Just needed to vent. Thanks!

just call them.

I dont think bofa/capital one will talk to u before they have u on record (either by calling earlier, an email, facebook post, etc) but barclaycard will talk to you the second you call the backdoor number.

so.... just call....

The data used for pre-screening usually comes from a data service called Innovis, and their info is not always complete. Many of those pre-screened offers are based upon their data. It is sometimes different that Eq, TU, and Ex.

Call them. It's a lot faster and easier to get it over with.

Thanks for the advice! After i wrote my post, i looked at my phone and saw a voicemail. Now im playing phone tag but the lady sounded super nice! i have the Apple financing card with a low limit that makes no sense for me. My amazon store card has a higher limit
