I also received that request for updated info just before my Sallie Mae was about to hit its 6th statement. Unfortunately I had let a large amount post to the credit bureaus so I had once card showing 57% usage. that dropped my FICO score 20 points to 720. I received no Auto CLI.
A few days later, that 57% card now reported 0%, and my FICO score increased to 740. I applied, and was granted a second Sallie Mae card, with a whopping $10,000 starting credit limit.
Since then, I've requested a CLI on my Priceline.com card. And... I still can't get a CLI. 
So, one day, my Sallie Mae stays at $1,600 with no CLI, next week they give me a second Sallie Mae with $10,000.
All I can say is, good luck.
Well I got nothing. Kind of had a feeling since my BOA is reporting high UTI. Earlier this week I got an email about BT offers on my Barclay Rewards, and then I got the checks yesterday. Really have no need for them. I did receive a small auto CLI on my Apple Visa about 8 months after opening, carrying balance on 0% for 18 mos.
I got the same screen yesterday, or maybe it was the day before - I can't really remember. Asked me to "confirm" my contact information.
