Just PCed the Financing card to the Rewards card and am excited to finally be earning points on this account. My question is, does Barclays have a program like Chase's Ultimate Rewards where you can earn additional points (i.e., in addition to the existing rewards structure) at certain vendors?

Yes, there is a mall where you get extra points for purchases
I have them for like 3 months now, and no extra points for nothing else but purchases, here's thier rules:
Earning Points – Points are earned as follows:
- Points are earned on retail purchases with the Barclaycard Rewards Credit Card (the “Card”) less credits, returns and adjustments (“Net Purchases”) made by the Cardmember(s) and/or any Authorized User(s) of the Card. Balance Transfers, Cash Advances, Quasi-Cash Transactions, Purchases made by or for a business or for a business purpose, fees, interest charges, and unauthorized/fraudulent transactions do not earn points. Barclaycard reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any Cardmember from participating in the Program and to invalidate any or all points earned for abuse, fraud, or any violation of the Program Rules.
- Bonus Points - Cardholders will receive a one-time bonus award of 5,000 points if a purchase posts to their Account (provided the transaction is not later rescinded or returned) after the Account is opened. Bonus Points will be posted at the close of the first billing statement after the initial qualifying purchase is made.
- Points – You will earn one (1) point for each one dollar ($1.00) of all Net Purchases made using your Card.
- Everyday purchases – You will earn two (2) points (which includes one (1) point earned on all Net Purchases) for each one dollar ($1.00) of all Net Everyday Purchases. Everyday Purchases are defined as: Gas, Grocery and Utility Purchases made using your card. Purchases must be submitted by eligible merchants using the merchant category codes for purchases in this category to qualify for the two (2) points. Purchases made at merchants that do not process transactions under these terms or that use incorrect merchant category codes will not qualify for and you will not receive the two (2) points benefit. Barclaycard is not responsible for incorrectly coded purchases. Purchases in this category that are submitted by the merchant using incorrect merchant category codes, will earn one (1) points. Purchases not eligible to receive the two (2) points per one dollar ($1.00) in Everyday Purchases include, but are not limited to, purchases made at superstores, warehouse clubs and discount stores.
- There is no maximum to the total points you can earn as long as the Program continues and the Cardmember’s Credit Card Account is open and in good standing.

What kind of mail and how do ou get it?
i dont know, i had the rewards mall option on my card for awhile, then around mothers day i was comparing their offers to shopdiscover and ever since i dont have it, i emailed shortly after and asked them and they gave me some lame response about how i can earn points, i never tried calling them to follow up on it, i assume they took it away from me because i only use thier card for stuff i get 2x points for mainly my ult bills
Oh, I closed my account in March, so I don't know of changes since then. But yes, it was Rewards Boost, which took you to a mall much like any of the other credit card/airline ones. A few good ones (123Ink gave lots of points for example) but nothing special. But it sounds like it may have gone.
