Here's to hoping my inquiries somehow magically disappear. I use uber a lot and was actually just googling cards this past week that offer uber perks. I'll wait to see how this card actually works, but I'm very interested.

What's your uber passenger rating? I need to get mine up, it's not that good smh lol.
Just spent 20 minutes trying to find my rating and I have no idea how. How do I find that? Either way I really hope this card has some good perks. I'm thinking probably something like $100 in uber rides after you spend $500. Not the best, but it'll do. And then 3x back on uber rides. Nothing special, but it'll add up. Any thoughts?

thats strange. it should show your rating right under your name in the uber app now.
otherwise I think theres another way, you might have to search how to online. I think its in the help/account options then click see rating or something.
Intereting for sure.. As I user Uber/Lyft alot.. Be interesting to see more about this card when details are released.. a 100 dollar sign-up bonus wouldn't get me to jump on this card, now 5-10% off or something would.

Goto the menu and you are right it is right under your name.. Mine is 4.77... Not great and not awful, had one bad experience that dinged my rating as surely he gave me the lowest as friend got sick in his car after a night on the town although we tipped him huge for the problem. This is why I kinda use lyft more know as still embarrased![]()
4.83...which does seem a bit low for not having any vomit-type experiences out of maybe 20 trips.
I can think of one time when spotty GPS and a lack of familiarity with the area led to my waiting on the wrong side of the street. I was originally in the correct (and most natural) pickup spot but thought Uber wanted me in a weird place...and it took a few minutes to get a crosswalk signal to get back over. I actually got a $0.09 Wait Time fee. Maybe that's just enough to irritate the driver without actually making the wait worthwhile.
How does the passenger rating actually affect the customer experience? Do some drivers reject ride requests from low-rated passengers? As a consumer, I can't choose (as far as I know) between a 3.5 and a 4.8 driver. I just get what I get, so I don't really see how the ratings matter. I assumed it was the same for drivers.
I'm not thrilled about the "trickle" nature of the Platinum benefit, but it's worth another $100 to me as long as I can use it for Eats.
