push a payment from your bank's bill pay, you'll need the card/account number to do so, do you have it?

so yeah, there should something called 'bill pay', pick the right bank, add your cc number, if they ask for an address make sure it's the payment address from your statement or wherever they accept mailed payments
presumably it will just work electronically, but it should say if they will send it paper check or electronically
