Barclays Rewards-What qualifies as utilities to get 2X?

Just PC'd to the Barclays rewards and I'm rearranging which cards to pay my bills with to get the max rewards.  

Does ADT, Sprint and Comcast qualify as a utility?  

I assume my local electric and gas companies do (DTE and Consumers Energy).

They should, yes. ADT comes up as a utility on my Cap1 statement. Sprint and Comcast might come up as phone/cable but noted as utility. This is how my AT&T and Dish Network bills show up.

Services like Netflix and Hulu may qualify as well.  On a recent Capital One statement, I noticed that Hulu was categorized as "phone/cable".
