Did anyone else not get their 3% on the statement that just cut? I'm fairly sure that the majority of us have the same statement date, if not literally everyone.
I always get the 3% credit at the same time as the statement cuts. In fact, I usually do the math so that I have a small balance equal to exactly what my credit will be, so that it zeros out at the same time, leaving me a $0 balance for the cycle.
However, this time the $3.08 I was expecting hasn't been credited, and I'm confused. Has anyone else failed to get their 3% before I call the Florida number that handles the Alabama FCU's CC?
received 3% personally this statement if that helps.

Thanks! I gave them a call, and they're sending a note over to finance about it, since it's likely the rare glitch.

^^^^^ This
Yesterday they did the auto credit for the 3%.
Today they sent an email that statement was ready.
Same dates as usual.
So, after 4 calls to AOD, I finally have an answer, which is an interesting data point.
They can't give you the 3% if your card is locked when they try to issue it. So, yeah.

It's unlocked now. Waiting to see if I get the bonus before the next due date.

Whereas I bet paying your bill when the card is locked works fine!

Since I usually just use it for really small, random stuff, I generally do the math and leave that amount unpaid so that the 3% will wipe it to zero.
I have learned that if I overpay, they adjust away my extra pennies after a few statements, which makes me irate (I earned that penny! I was saving it for the next time!)
So, right now I'm in a "hoping it posts so I don't have to pay it off, because they'll take those pennies away if I don't have a random use soon". I'm carrying the USB Smartly around now, so meh.
