Benefit of combining CapOne Limits?

I have VentureOne and Savor cards.  The V-1 is the result of product changing from QS that had an annual fee (got that about 8 years ago) and had been bucketed at a $4k limit.  I got the Savor about 4 months ago and was given a $30k limit (my score is 800+ now).  I got rid of the annual fee with the product change (reason why I did it) after I got the Savor but still have the same limit (after requesting an increase).  Is there any benefit in moving say $10k from the Savor to the V-1?  Could that "trick" the system into moving me out of that lower bucket?

I'm not much of a traveler, so I'm not really looking to trade up from the relatively anemic V-1 at this point.  I just have a problem (personal pride?) being held in that lower bucket.

It makes no sense how the V-1 is still in the lower bucket when they apparently realized I should be in the highest bucket by giving me $30k on the Savor.  But, things like that don't surprise me anymore.

You could experiment and get back to us. Move like $16k over to the V1. Then, in 3 months, ask for an $16k increase on the Savor. See if they grant you that. You might end up with $20k on one and $30k on the other. Beat them at their own game so to speak!
