I am looking for the best *CASH BACK* card that can be used for flight tickets. I am not a frequent flyer, so I do not have any POINTS/MILES card with me. So what do you think will be best *CASH BACK* card for non-frequent flyers?

Maybe Arrival+ or PRG.
Arrival or Arrival+.
I would say something line arrival+ for sign up bonus then an regular 2%card like an double cash or fidelity amex since you don't travel that much?

Also depends on your spending amount and where you spend. So things like BCP or Sallie Mae will, on some portion of your spending, do better than a 2% card after the bonus year

Arrival/Venture/ etc.
Don't forget that Platinum has a $200 credit for airline related fees and the Prestige has $250 credit that can include airline fare. I think the Ritz Carlton card also has a $300 travel credit, as well.
Does the Ritz travel credit apply yearly, and can it be used toward airfare though?

Yes, it's yearly. "The credit can be used toward flight upgrades, Global Entry, baggage fees, and airport lounge access."

Upgrades. So not like the prestige which can be used towards the flight cost itself.
I don't fly that often since my work is largely based in the same region (All within a sane driving distance), But when I do, I don't like flying coach as the seats are small and legroom is TIGHT. (6'0 and ~270 will do that to you, lol.)

As always, depends on major spend categories and volume in those categories.
