Thanks for mentioning this duo @notmyrealname23 , I added them in. They essentially fall into the 2% baseline group, although higher than $.01/point when considering travel/utilizing transfer partners, etc. The cashout rate, however, is equivalent to other 2% cards.

The best card for Costco in the entire of this year was Affinity (7%)

PS: Citi Costco card gives 2% and it needs active Costco membership. In case of cancelling membership, the card would get also cancelled. The card is a dead-end and cannot get PCed to another card.

I purchase Costco Cash cards online for $300-$500 each. As a platinum honors BofA member, I get 5.25% off online purchases including Costco. Basically everything, including gas, is 5.25% off. Of course, through December, Amazon Prime Visa is 10% off gas everywhere.

Same here. Barring VantageWest losing the geofence, this is the least nerf-able way to get 5%+.
