No credit card required
Browse credit cards from a variety of issuers to see if there's a better card for you.
The info you gathered into such tightly organized fashion is so useful that I shared this with my colleagues as well. I also bookmarked this thread for future reference as I may eventually join Costco at some point.
Thank you again!!
PMS,
This may be being too picky but in your list, Vantage West CU Connect Rewards Visa Signature (its actual name, which you may want to add) is listed as 5X with 1pt = to 1c. But, the card is actually advertised as true % cash back (no points).

@ptatohed Thanks for the note about the Connect Rewards card name, added. (I also did the same for the Safe CU Cash Rewards Visa). With the Connect Rewards Visa you definitely earn points which go into your Vantage West Rewards account (both card points and bank bonuses pay into the rewards balance). Since I have the card, here is a screenshot of the interface:
(Edited to provide clearer screenshots)

OG Chase freedom Visa, 5%.
I've thought about suggesting this before but it's only going to help a small group of people one quarter every several years. And, I wasn't even sure if Chase was going to bring back the 'Wholesale Clubs' category any more. But, since they are bringing back the Wholesale Clubs cat for Q4, 2023, I'll throw it out there. Up to you if you want to add it to the list.
So, for those with the OG Chase freedom Visa, they can receive 5% CB at Costco one quarter out of the year, every 2 - 3 years.
For historical perspective, freedom has had the Wholesale Clubs cat for the following past four years/quarters. So, let's say one quarter every 2.5 years average.
Q4 '23
Q1 '21
Q4 '18
Q2, Q3, Q4 '16 (I doubt we'll see 3 quarters out of the year ever again)
Freedom Flex might give 5% for online Costco shop cards...give it a shot

PMS, I'm bumping this thread in case you'd like to add the US Bank Smartly Visa at the 2.5%, 3.0%, and 4.0% CB levels.
