My Amex blue has a chip and pin with no transaction fee. You jus have to ask for it once you have it.

That is Chip & Signature, not Chip&Pin. And no transaction fee? You mean no foreign transaction fee? You sure?

I might be interested in this if there is no ForEx fee. I didn't know that Amex offered such a thing, aside from the Platinum card. I still don't know where I would use it though. I guess the issue with Amex, even if they get rid of the foreign transaction fee, is that it isn't really accepted very many places.
