Best: USAA
Worst: Stellar One (the one for credit cards which is handled by Elan)

I personally think that Discover has an incredible online page and App. It is so intuitive and user friendly and it makes me want to use the card even though it doesn't currently offer me a good rate or reward structure.
AmEx is a close second in my mind and I use this card a lot. No complaints at all.
My NFCU account has become much better since they updated thier online page. NFCU's iPad and iPhone app are great as well.
Now for the loser....Chase. This has to be one of the worst apps and online user interfaces I have every encountered. It's stale, hard to navigate and honestly makes me use a card that has similar rewards instead because it's just that awful. I understand they are updating the app sometime this month. I hope it is a major overhaul because it's embarrassing that a company that big is so far behind.
Anyone else have any good or bad thoughts about any card issuers/banks out there?
Barclays interface is at least as good as Discovers, though lacks some of the functionality. I don't miss the functionality, except for the ability to update financial information. I can't update my income, for example. The Barclays web site DID ask me for updated information 2 weeks ago, but when my income increases at the end of june, I'd like to be able to update that myself instead of waiting until Barclays decides to ask (April is a long time after june/july).
Tbh I dont think Chase is all that bad. The WORST is most definitely Fidelity AMEX. WOW. Horrible.

As in my post #2 in this thread, Fidelity Amex LOOKS old and horrid, and has too many clicks to get somewhere, but it does have all the info. Others, like US BAnk, don't. Much rather go for function over appearance.
IMO Amex is not firiendly or simple.

lol. I have heard how nice IT's site is and I cant wait to try it.
Capital one is nice too, Probably not nice as IT tho, I imagine.
I also like my USAA account page, very clean I must say.
Barclay Reward site is ok too but somewhat cluttered in that there is so much things on the home account page.
@Anonymous wrote:THere is appearance and then there is functionality. So the Fidelity Amex (FIA) website is usually panned because it looks so old-fashioned, but works well enough.
Then there are PenFed and US Bank. Until recently, neither of them showed pending transactions (though US Bank DID on its mobile app). US Bank updated its website, and now shows pending transactions, just omitting one tiny bit of detail, the amount. No idea how these passed testing.
Their account page looks very ancient and it looks as if some1 just put in together in about 30 minutes.lol

Not for me, It hasnt.
They just upgraded their site very recently and I like said earliar, Its not pretty but pretty easy to navigate.

Havent seen NFCU, but I'm sure They are like USAA.
I love USAA.

Second best: Discover
Worst: Chase. Both unattractive and hard to find things you need.
In my book, I would say.....
Best: Discover, although I havent seen it yet but I can already paint it.
Second : I actually like Capital one ( like I said its not fancy or anything like that but its clean very easy to navigate.
Third or Worst : It's DEFINATELY US BANK (end of story)
