Barclays seems pretty good as well
yea they are ok too. but i'm telling u guys, dont sleep on capital one site ( i'm serious)

Amex is definitely my favorite. It's very slick and flashy and the app is beautiful.
Agree with Chase being the worst. The app is the worst thing I've ever encountered. There used to be a period a couple years ago where the app was completely unusable and wouldn't even let you log in.

@Gunnar419 wrote:Best: Barclays, simple but highly functional. Easy to find anything you need.
Second best: Discover
Worst: Chase. Both unattractive and hard to find things you need.
Yes, I will say the same with Chase.
Could it be worse than US BANK?
Hello??????

@Pat94108 wrote:I m surprised no one has mentioned Capital One. Their website is always down, slow to load...Interface-wise, they have improved a bit but for a long time it looks like a website from the 90s. Personally, I like Discover and Amex. Chase is okay, I could always find what I wanted to.
Like I said earliar, At least for me that has NOT happened to me.
I gotta give credit where credit is due.
@celluloid17 wrote:Best for me is Barclays - easy to navigate, pertinent information clearly displayed and aesthetically pleasing interface
Worst for me is U.S. Bank - no pending charge amounts, credit limit is not listed at all (**bleep**?!), dated interface
I agree with Barclay and 1000 with ancient a** US BANK.
@14Fiesta wrote:I can only speak for Discover, but their online interface is really good. Its clean, and easy to find what you are looking for, and is fully functional.
I see some positive reviews above about Barclay's. Their CC website might be different from their Savings account website, and I would hope so because honestly, it's pathetic. I was rate chasing when I was looking for a savings, and Barclay's had one of the best rates available. However, once I got approved and actually logged in, I found out it was extremely buggy, and it's hard to find what you are looking for. Also, every time I log in, I get redirected to a change your password page, even though I didn't click on it, and I have to change it in order to be forwarded to my account home screen.
I 've never had any buggin' issues with Barclay, however I do agree with you about navigating.
Not bad but it just seem like they could made it lil more cleaner.

Worst: Stellar One (the one for credit cards which is handled by Elan)

The worst by far is SDFCU
