My best and worst for my lineup are as follows:

Online Best: My credit union website. Functionality and aesthetics are top notch. American Express would be second.

Online Worst: If I had to choose, it would be Capital One. Suprisingly, I like all of the online websites I have to use for my accounts. But I like this one the least.

Mobile Best: American Express. Looks great and has everything I need within one-click. I do like the "SureSwipe" login feature for the Capital One app though

Mobile Worst: Bank of America. I don't like using this app for some reason and I hate the way it looks. This is becoming my favorite card though.

Re: Best and Worst online user interfaces

Best:

Discover

Amex

Bank of America (slight bias here, I keep primary checkings/savings here + 1 CC)

all three websites are clean and easy to navigate

Worst:

Chase*

Citibank (I have two accounts with them, and using the drop-down list to switch from one account to another results in an error message nearly half the time)

*Chase however DOES get kudos from me for being one of the only banks (besides Bank of America) to have a mobile app for my unicorn phone platform (Windows Phone).

800+ across all three (via FAKOs) has been achieved! Current goal - Get down to 6 cards in total - sitting with 8 currently.

It looks really nice, but basically all they did was put a new skin on it.

Yeah, I actually didn't mind the old one that much: while not as intuitive or sophisticated as the Amex app (+1 to that recommendation) it was functional for things that I needed for the most part... other than I couldn't get a statement through it when I needed my account number for a deposit.

I can get used to anything though, post switch while prettier it's going to take me a while to get used to the new one.  Getting old apparently and change adverse, sigh.
