For dining and grocery spend, AMEX Gold nets you 4X MR points with no annual cap on dining and a generous 25k on Grocery. There are various cards for gas (cash back/rewards points). I get between 10k - 15k MR Points monthly with AMEX Gold with dining/grocery spend.

How does that break down into categories for you?  Anyone I know who would mention $250K annual spending with restaurants an important component would be looking at business cards; think sales reps with 5-figure monthly-mininum-spend expense accounts.
