Best way to get a US Bank CLI???

I currently have two US Bank credit card with low limits compared to the rest of my cards. I don't want a hard pull because I am "gardening" my credit. Should I call through the customer service phone number or fill out the form on the USB site for CLI? What is the best way to do this w/o a hard pull? Thanks you!

I filled out the form online and they ended up Hard Pulling TU but I did get an increase from 10 to 17,500 so I was willing to take the inquiry but I'm not sure that you can get one without a hard pull anymore, definitely not online.

What did they ask when you filled out the form? Is it HHI stuff?

They asked for Income and I think employment info.

I've had the account since 07. Started at 3K and now at 17.5 they've always been good to me but I don't use it much b/c I like rewards on my other cards better.

The others were automatic up to 10k over the years and it had been sitting there for bout a year and I figured I'd take a shot and see what happened so I requested the max you could online and they approved it. TU was around 755 at the time.

Ask for CLI every 6 months. I have 3 cards with pretty awesome CL after few CLI. No hard pull at all.
