I don't know how realistic that expectation is. The reality is cap 1 is not a lender known for huge credit lines. They won't give you credit lines like amex and chase as quickly. I have seen some people with venture cards that have limits higher than that but ymmv. You can ask for what you like and they will ask you if you would consider a counter offer.
Exactly. I have two older/legacy Capital One CCs (excluding two HSBC Prem products acquired last year), the combined CLs on those 2 = $31K. Sufficient enough for me. Most growth on these has been auto-CLI, not as frequent but acceptable.
Are you putting a lot of spending on those cards to justify a higher line? Just becaus you have $19K or $12k somewhere else doesn't mean Capital One will match.

Last month.
2 weeks ago from 5K to 10K ..got the full CLI requested.... was just so frustrated because Discover denied to double my CL to 5K and simply does not move..so I tried Cap1 with success..LOL

Maybe you have too much credit? I had my Discover for about 9 months I think and they raised my limit from $1000 to $5000. It did take a HP and an analyst to do it, oh a little discussion, but they didn't really have much of an issue with it. Oh, and your scores are much higher than mine and I have a lot of inqs and new accounts within the last year and a half, so Discover I can't understand in your situation.
CO, oh well they won't let me go beyond a total of $10,000 on three cards I have; $5000 Siggy, $3500 Plat, $1500 Plat. My score is 689 on the last letter they sent me. YMMV.
Mine went from 3k Platinum Visa to10k Quicksilver, no AF. This was 5-6 months ago. I tried to get them to match other lines (12-15k) but 10k was as high as they would go.
I went from $750 > $2000 and then 6 months later $2000 > $15,000 via the EO on a credit steps card. I asked for the $15k and got the full CLI requested but I was using the card heavily and PIF.
I went from 3k to 10k shortly after opening my card.
