Thanx for the info, casinoannie (stay away from Foxwoods and Mohegan Sun ). I'm not even sure if CCCU checked my CR yet as I have not checked it via back-door. The CL they gave you is a very good one. I requested $5k with a 694 EX FICO. I know that may be high, but I figured I'd start high and if they counter-offered, it may not be much less than what I asked for. It's been a week and I haven't heard anything. I just pray they approve me.

Well, I never heard anything from CCCU so I called them today. I was declined but they wouldn't say the reason, only that a letter went out to me in the mail. I thought that was rather rude!

So, obviously, they do not do manual apps and call you to go over your CR as so many here say. I never once received a phone call nor an e-mail either. Oh well.

Me either. When you get the letter, it will give some cryptic reasons for the denial. You will see what I mean soon.

LOL, llecs. It probably will. I was almost at the 700 mark with no baddies since April 2003. I had 2 inquiries but those were not initiated by me. I filed complaints on two companies about wrong information they were reporting on my CR so they "claim' they had to check my CR to see if it was true. They did delete the wrong information though. So, the only real inquiry I had was CCCU.
