Thats not the point it should get shut down immediately you sound like my boss he installed new cameras at work then said its for your protection should i belive him ? Yea right lol
Haha, I would imagine the cameras are not just for your protection
It seems like the smart way to go about it would be for Blispay to suspend the account immediately and then upon verification send the new account info to the address on file. But then again, that may make too much sense

Finalllllly... got a new card issued just now and I was told the charges will stay there until I sign a letter of acknowledgement then I'll be issued a credit to my account should take 7-10 days..! The representative that finally assisted me told me sorry 100 times for their "flawed practices".
Three days and a few hours...that is a disturbingly long time...and they didn't even credit you immediately.

At first she was grilling me about "why wasn't this reported immediately once your account was compromised" then i told her because her company wouldn't allow me to report it... and she helped me, kinda ticked off that I have to wait 7-10 days to receive a paper and 7-10 more days to get credited.. which I'm sure will report the balance
Heh. No way am I dealing with this company. Never heard of such nonsense on a fraud before. The least they could have done is taken immediate action and then requested documentation in follow-up which is what most lenders will do.
