How long did it take everyone to get the physical card. It's been a month for me and still no card

The more posts I read on here, the more I'm beginning to think that Blispay is in over its head currently.  The application process has gotten really hit or miss over the course of the last weeks, now this where someone is taking forever to receive their actual card.  It sounds to me like they don't have enough manpower to keep up with customer business.

I had several cards coming almost at the same time, but I believe the Blispay specifically took around a week, maybe a day or so longer, but within the expected timeframe.

 

You should have received it by now.  Regardless of their issues approving new applications the 'labor' of physically shipping a new card is likely done somewhere else anyway so there might be a problem. 

 

If it were me, I would call them to see if they can tell you when it was mailed... remember, the card is already activated.  Smiley Wink

Yeah, call them at this point. That is way too long. I have also seen posts that would seem to indicate that they are slammed right now.

Your card should ship from TSYS out of Columbus,Ga. Definitely shouldn't take that long. I believe it was 9 days for me.

Every time I call Blispay I get the same lady answering the phone.  If they only have one person manning the phone in their company I think it's fair to say that they are understaffed Smiley Happy

7 days here in CA but I applied in April when they let us app Smiley Happy! I haven't called CS or anything in a month but from everything I've read things look like they're starting to unravel over there Smiley Surprised

It wouldn't surprise me if that contract TSYS to do their customer support. If that's the case, they must have certain a certain area handling the calls. I just charged another $620 on mine yesterday. Needed a very large tree cut down.
