Since BoA switched to SP last year, I have been requesting a CLI every 3 months. I noticed similar behavior each time I requested the CLI. I always requested 99k, but the bank always countered with exactly half of the income that I entered. Has anyone else had the same experience where the CLI is exactly half of your income? I'm trying to determine if im in special bucket where this applies only to a few select users or if it is the same for everyone.
Current CL is 85k.

So you're saying you're entering new income information every 3 months when you request a CLI? If that's the case I can't see that continuing indefinitely and BoA will eventually request income verification.
Let me clarify, they give me a total CL of half of what I entered as income. So for example, if I enter 150k for income and 99k for requested CL, I receive a 75k CL as the counter. My current CL is 85k and I entered 170k as my income on my last CLI request. They never requested income verification from me, but I do have documentation to support this amount. I have had the card opened since 2008. It was sitting at 57k CL for a few years before BoA moved to SP for CLI, which made me start requesting CLIs.
Nice CL!
