BoA CLI,Signature Upgrade, and npsl question

Hello All,

I currently have a BoA Cash Rewards for $3,000. If I sucessfully get a CLI to $5,000 will I:

-Be ellegable to request an upgrade to a Signature Card

-Do BoA Siggy cards have the NPSL feature?

-Do BoA Siggy cards report a CL or a High Balance, or neither to the bureaus?

Anyone have any experience with these questions? Thanks a million

Should not be a problem to convert.  BofA is good with product changes.  Signature cards report CL.  Some banks will tell you the amount over CL they will allow for NPSL.  BofA is a transaction by transaction basis
