My scheduled PIF transfer from checking to my credit card was scheduled for tomorrow! If they've already done a midcyle update, it'll show a balance of about $745. Oh well... I just logged on and PIF'd. Hopefully, it's not too late. I only wanted a balance to report on one card, and if they report this balance, it'll make two. Still, I'd only be at 2.5% utilization, so I guess it's not too bad. I seem to get a boost from having only one card report, so hopefully this won't (temporarily) set me back in my quest to reach 700.

ETA: You think you're paranoid? Now I'm scared that they're going to use their own reported balance to CLD me, LOL!

Oh and I think I can make you feel better about your paranoia. After I request a CLI today, I realized that BofA typically will report the new CL mid-cycle and I currently had $924 on the card.  So, I freaked out not wanting that balance to report, I went to my local branch and PIF. LOL  With my luck, the payment won't post until the day after they report, that always happens to me. But darn it, I tried! So, trust me, I know what you mean!

Oh man, is this comical. We should really never be left alone together. Haha. I too have better scores if only one card reports. Chase just reported $60 balance and get this...my BofA card reported a $1 balance at statement cut. I must have missed the PIF amount by some change or something. But a freakin' dollar reports and it lowers my scores around 7-10 points from this extra card reporting a balance. Hopefully I caught it this time. And, you too!  Last time I got a CLI from BofA I saw it on my credit reports within 2 days and it was midcycle. I have heard others say the same, so I'm pretty sure they update immediately with the change.

Man they are lightening fast. My new CL's already reported. Though it seems that they kept the statement balances the same because my tradelines are still showing $1 balance on my BankAmericard and on the BofA Amex it's showing 0. All that racing around for nothing. Sorry! LOL

Re: BoA CLI'd me!

+1

My new credit line is reporting, and they did, indeed, do a midcycle billing. The new credit line and the BALANCE that I had yesterday all reported (at least to Experian). Oh well! It'll report that zero balance at the end of this month (hopefully) or at least when it reports again next month.

Now, I've got three zero balance cards reporting a balance (it'll be two after Target updates in a few days). Shoot. I'm still lless than half, and only about 2% utilization reporting, so hopefully I won't take a negative hit and can still get to 700 this month. I'm so close I can taste it!

Re: BoA CLI'd me!

Maybe my payment made in it in to meet the business day cutoff and you missed yours? Bummer.

Mine only reported to Experian so far as well.  TU will be next and EQ is always last for me. I hope that once your cards rereport and target updates you'll be posting new scores in the 700's!!
