Good effort there to contact them. I had 2 BofA cards APR's reduced this summer and it's great!
BofA really likes correspondence and they are ever so accommodating when you treat their credit products well.
Thanks CM!
I agree. Jeanine was extremely helpful. She told me about several different offers available to me. She looked at the spend on my account and explained how I might benefit from other products. Sometime next year I may apply for another CR and/or BBR credit card.
SN: This week I received an offer to open a checking account with them for a $300 bonus. It's a no brainer for me. I know some folks don't like BoA, but they have been good to me. I like them even when they tell me no and they have told me no several times.

I like BofA as well. They did run CLD on my two cards along with Chase and Citi, but BofA never changed other terms on my cards, I still have the 7.9% APR on my BofA AMEX, and 11.24% on the MasterCard. Chase and Citi both closed cards and changed terms in some cases.

Have you been able to restore your CL with BoA?
Congrats on the APR reduction! I know BoA's CLI's are all HP's...are the APR reductions soft pulls?

Thanks 8ottaway!
My credit report was not pulled to do my APR reduction. It was reduced based on my account history with them.
