I was wondering this too...
Hey guys yes it was a hard pull on my TU file. Actually, the only reason I hit the luv button was because I thought it was a soft pull; that's all the information I read at least. I would have requested much more to make it "worth" the HP since i'm in gardening mode. Oh well. Got the "please call" message and when I called they said they need more info. Next morning (today) I logged in and saw it was already increased; no stubs needed.
hard for me too! i wished i hadn't but at least it is sitting at where i want it which is 7300. i could have asked for higher, but i don't want to overdo it.
It clearly states: By clicking the "Request Credit Line Increase" button, you authorize us to obtain a copy of your credit report and review your credit and employment histories and any other information that allows us to process your request, service your account and manage our relationship with you. Sounds like a hard to me

It doesn't specify SP or HP. You get the same report from both. HSBC said the same thing to me but was a SP.
Ok people back on topic!
I wonder why they removed the button from my account. It also seems that im the only one this happend to. I have even tried different browsers and the button is still missing from my account as of this morning.
