BoA luv button gone?

If it were me, I would go straight to the source.  Just call them and ask.  Could be a computer glitch of some sort that they are not aware of.

Yeah I just did an online chat (at work) and she said it was a technical glitch???yeah right.  She said to call the online banking people that could see my page and gave me the number.  I will try calling when I get a chance.  But it just seems weird cuz its missing from the account services page aswell.  I just know in my head its some kind of adverse action but maybe im paranoid. we'll see

I'd bet it's just a glitch.  

These days from what I've been reading, BofA would do a lot more than just take away your luv button if they were going to AA you.

500 -> 1000 which isn't huge and certainly isn't my highest limit, but its my oldest account so I want to keep it open. That's all I requested however.

Just 2 days ago. I havnt had a chance to call the number the car gave me yet.

My CLI button is still here. I wouldn't touch CLI button if I were you. It might cause CLD, account closure.  You didn't get instant decision and it told you to call for instant decision.  I don't like to talk to those credit analyst.  Last time, they HP TU, EQ and SP EXP.

Mine still there.  Everytime I use it, i get declined! ALways goes thru the backdoor though.

My button is still there today and I used it last night.   It was a hard pull on TU.  I asked for an additional 5K, and got the message to call.  I didn't, and my new CL appeared today.  I should have followed this thread a little more closely concerning BofA doing hards for CLI!

Mine is still there also. I hit the button last week and asked for a CLI for an extra 500 on my cash rewards card and got turned down for my credit being to new under 3 years. Guess they still love me though they reviewed my account in January and I NOW noticed they want me to pay my yearly card renewal fee this month. I did over 7K with these people last year paid them off every month and held no balance .. How soon they forget! No problem I called and got approved for the AMX Zinc (no credit  limit) and as far as I'm concerned Zinc can have that 7K this year and BofA can take a back seat.

a week ago i did the same thing and also got hard pulled. for some reason, i was instantly approved without even having to call. i didn't ask for much increase though. only 2.3k cli. would have asked for 4.3k if i knew it was going to be a hp. but actually i wouldn't have asked for a cli if i knew it was going to be a hp as well.
