But how do you ever get your own revolving trade lines, he has done so well in paying my cc which only he uses, he PIF every two weeks.  His truck payment he made two payments every mth always on time, they show that as a joint acc.  Tks Vicki
Is your son still in high school? College?  I don't know about those still in high school (cuz I always shredded those offers when they came in the mail for them) ... but college students can pretty easily get student cards.  Sounds like you trust him and might not have a problem co-signing for him on his own card if that becomes necessary.  My CU was more than willing to let my kids have cards if I co-signed.  But ... I bet the BoA works out.  Smiley Happy

Re: BoA

Thanks to all for input.  That looks like a good visa brammy thanks for the site, will def look into it if BoA doesnt work out.  To be honest he has gotten mutiply offers from cap 1 for no AF and a decent interest rate.  But I shredded them all (yikes) because I felt he was ok with AU on my accounts, but now they are not going to report on AU so it is important to build his history on his own accounts.  And yes I trust him 100% we co-signed for his truck.  He has always kept his word to me.  He is 19 , no he is not in college, he works for a construction company, has thoughts he might want to be a welder.  He will probably make abt 45,000-50,000 this year.  I'm hoping he will be like his dad and be an inspector one day.  Right now he just sees the money.  Tks Vicki
