Boa balance transfer to checking without check?

Hello all.

I'd like to know if I can balance transfer with my boa card straight to my checking online?

I'd like a little cash for cushion the next few months. This seems like a good option for a no interest loan to myself as long as I pay it back before my promo apr is up. 

I dont have a bt check they just sent me my card.

3% could be considered minuscule to have cash in this environment.

Hope I did it right.

On account number I put my checking acct number.

Then it suggested a list of creditors with matching account numbers. Chase not on there so i added them next page and the peronal bank adress on their site.

Tried to tranfer 4k to cover a few for months... hopefully this corona gets sorted. scary time.
