BoaA Secured Card Attempt

Well, I have a US Bank secured card for almost 2 years with perfect payment history.Yesterday I Decided to try and get a BofA secured card so I would have at least 2 cards reporting. 

After applying, I immediately got the "We've reached a decision on your Bank of America Credit Card application. To check your application status, please sign in at......" and after signing in it says it will take 7-10 days to process etc. Doesnt sound like much of a decision to me  Today I got an alert from USAA, checked and they did a EX inquiry (Wish they would have pulled TU!).  No other news so far...

Im sure I will get denied because of baddies though

Call them to find out. I received the same message when I applied and I called to find out I was approved the next day I believe after receiving the message. I also had lower scores than what you have posted. However, YMMV.

I Got the same message a year ago and just called the backdoor # and found out I was approved

Called and.....  BAM! Declined due to 2 baddies. She said she couldn't promise but if they were brought to a zero balance (not removed) she saw on reason why they would not approve. Told me to call back once the CR reflects those changes.

le sigh.
