I recently applied for BofA and they send me a pre-approval for a secured card. It states that they could not approve me because of bankruptcy. I DON'T HAVE A BANKRUPTCY.
Does anyone have a BACKDOOR NUMBER for a RECON?

From Sylvia's thread
BoA: 800-732-9194 (dept. unknown)
BoA: 866-865-7842; 866-506-5067 (Credit Dept. Analysts/Recon)
BoA: 302-741-1825 (Recon)
BoA: 800-421-2110 (for cli ? )
I think you should be able to resolve it with front line CS rep.
I had already searched on here before I asked. A lot of those numbers for BofA listed under the BACKDOOR "do not" work any longer. They are "non working credit numbers". That is why I asked again. So far I have had no luck getting to a CREDIT ANALYST yet.
To answer about the credit report, yes. Do I have a bankruptcy? No. Do I have a BofA account that was included in a bankruptcy? No. That's why I am trying to get to a credit analyst for a recon before I take a secured card. Those are the only two reasons that it lists. If they don't exist (with blessings), I should get approved.
BoA may also use Innovis in addition to one of the other 3 CRA's. Did you have a prior BK that may have fallen off of TU, EX and EQ that would still be listed on your Innovis report? If so, you may want to get your innovis report and be sure it is reporting accurately.
I would just write a reply to the rejection letter.
It seems pretty clear they made a decision a bad info

I seriously doubt BofA uses Innovus. Innovus are serious wannabes. If you find out that they did use Innovus please let us know.

Hopefully OP will come back to update. BoA does sometimes use a third party and it has been posted here by other member's for a reason of denial. Innovis was the agency given in some of those instances.
Bank of America is listed as a creditor on my Innovis report, FWIW.
