BofA CLI-How long before answer?

I applied on-line for a CLI from BofA. I thought it said that I would get an answer within 24 hours. It's been almost a week and no answer. I'm sure that's not a good sign. I did an app. Am I just going to get a letter? Should I call?

I would call the backdoor number 866-506-5067 and speak with a credit analyst.

Thanks for the #. Unfortunately, I was declined-too much debt. They listened, were nice, but to no avail. A letter went out. They didn't e-mail me with a response. Oh, well...My CL is 18,500. My biggest CL. I was trying to consolidate. 3.9 BT offer. Much thanks for the quick reply.
