BofA CLI Status

i called this morning and was told 'check back in 6-9 months'...are you kidding me? whats the point of offering a 12 month zero interest balance transfer and giving someone the crappiest limit ever with which they can DO NOTHING with.   im calling back later.

Exactly what I told the CSR. And what make me more angry is in the past 2 months, I have received BOA's blank checks almost every 2 weeks.
They're encouraging me to BT with a lousy CL unchanged since 2004.

Oh, the CSR also told me to PIF every month in order to get a CLI.

So the point of BT'ing is for BOA to profit the 3% transaction charge - then I gotta PIF so I won't mess up my chances of a CLI after 6 months.

I have gotten the 7-10 day message requesting online with BOA and gotten the increase I wanted. So it's not always a bad thing. Like the other poster stated, I think it just means they need to do a manual review.
