BofA Credit Line Increase 91 Days?

I got a CLI on my CCR with BofA $1500 to $3000 on March 29th. I impulsively requested a CLI on my UCR on May 18th, I was denied for the account being less than 12 months old, no problem. The account passed the 12 months threshold on June 1st and I requested again on June 6th, denied for a few confusing reasons, but what stuck out was a recently change to another credit line (CCR). That request was still about 69 days post CLI, it is now 100 days ago can I try UCR or CCR again?

What was the confusing reasons they listed?.  Please give us more info so maybe someone can give you some guidance on what to do. Also BOA does have a history of denied apps/cli's becuase of past denials within a certain time frame. (Not sure what that time frame is)
