BofA NO TO CLI AT ACTIVATION.

I just got approval letter on a BofA platiunum plus Mastercard with a $500 cl.  I tried to do a cli but it was no go. I still have two paid collections and one unpaid medical collection showing.  He said they want to see how i use the card for the next 3-6 months and then try a increase then. I just thankful that i got in the door with them and didnt have to do the secured 99/500.  So at least it is a start with a prime card that will hopefully grow with time.

Use it heavily and pay it a couple of times each month. Make sure that you pay in full before the due date. I'd make it my every day card. Wear it out.

Thanks for the advise.  Thats what i will do.  I'd like to see this increase.
