I currently have a BofA Travel Rewards visa which is a signature card (didn't realize that when I apped), how long do I have to wait before pc'ing that to a card that will report a CL? That card is my highest of all the cards I have, so I would like to have that CL reporting.

Why do some cards say signature but aren't actually signature cards? My Chase Marriott and CIti HHonors cards both say signature but they report my CL, or do some signature cards report and others don't, is it based on the card issuer?

You can just call them up any time.  I was in the same situation before...  got BofA Travel Rewards with $10k CL and found out that it doesn't report the credit line.  I called them up and told them I want to app for another card and split the CL.  They said no problem and did it right away.

Great I'll give them a call tomorrow and change it, what did you PC to if you don't mind me asking?

No reason to app for another card, you can just change it.. tell them you don't want it to be a visa signature.. you can do world mastercard or regular Visa... that you wish for the CL to be reported.. that this isn't a valuable attribute to you.

I didn't PC the card but app for another one (Better Balance Rewards) and split the CL.  You can split the CL 50/50, 70/30 or whatever you want.
