BofA and Product Changes?

Tryed to PC from cash rewards to travel rewards today. No luck. I don't know if I just got the wrong Rep. or what. I thought these two cards could still PC with one another?

I talked with them last saturday by chat and they said 'no problem'. Still no changes online, they said 2-4 weeks for new card. Try again. Good luck

Thank you, I know I'm good, it is the same process when I did a PC from regular secured card to cash rewards secured. BofA sometimes is slow Smiley Happy
