Boo on CL!

So I did my 6 mos CLI request with HSBC. Started with $2k, good payments, last two months in full, in fact at neg balance now, scores ~700. Wasted a pull on a $1000 increase

Not too surprising...CCCs are getting really conservative with CLIs these days.

I agree. For HSBC, that's a great CLI.  Congrats.

HSBC is super conservative, move on to CITI or BofA.

Not sure I understand.  Are you upset with a $1000 cli?  I think that is good considering what is going on in the industry. What were you expecting?

If they keep doing around 50%:
$2k, $3k, $4.5k, $6.5k, 10k, $15k, $22k, $30k.

If you look at it % wise it is a very big increase. More than I've seen form HSBC. Usually it's under 25% from the people I know. Once your negs fall off this won't be an issue anymore.

Exactly...I'd turn that frown upside down. $1k is pretty darn good from HSBC on a $2k cc.

That's a good start with HSBC and a great increase! You can't really expect more from them, especially  now.
