Which card grows the fastest?

I don't have a Bon-Ton card, there aren't any stores near me, so I can't speak for that one. I do have the Boscov's card. I've only been requesting CLI's casually (never tried the 10x calling the robo lady). In 6 months it's gone from $750 to $12,000.

I closed a J. Crew card with more than a $10k credit line.

$10k on a store card is not what I am looking for.

Boscov's and Bon-Ton seem to have been removed from the SCT for Comenity.

I am a 1%'er in regards to utility.  I'm not trying to raise my credit scores, they are all above 780.

Would simply like to jump from the $10k SL on major bank cards to $20k SL when I apply for new cards.
